Parking for the Symposium is available at the MSU Veterinary Medical Center in Lot 27. A map of campus and parking may be found at maps.msu.edu. Additional parking for a fee is available at the Wharton Center parking deck on E. Shaw Lane. Please do not park in the gated MSU Veterinary Medical Center client parking areas.
The beginning of the Symposium will be held in Room G150 at the MSU Veterinary Medical Center. Use the portico entrance located on the East side of the building across from the soccer field.
The featured speaker is Dr. Ray Kaplan of University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Infectious Disease. He is a Professor of Parasitology and he will lecture on Sustainable Integrated Parasite Management for Small Ruminants: These Ain’t Your Father’s Parasites. Labs/workshops will be included in the afternoon.
Other morning sessions may focus on topics such as parasites, hoof care, nutrition, reproduction, and development.
