Dr. Cindy Wolf named NAVC Food Animal Speaker of the Year
Following the 2016 North American Veterinary Conference in Orlando, Florida, attendees selected Dr. Cindy Wolf as the 2016 NAVC Food Animal Speaker of the Year. Dr. Wolf presented four hours lecture on predominantly sheep topics including Lamb Necropsies, Weight Loss Rule Outs in Sheep and Goats, Small Ruminant Emergency Vets, and an Update on Ovine Progressive Pneumonia. She also delivered three short clinical briefs on Prolapse Repair Techniques, Copper Deficiency in Boer Goats and Meloxicam Use in Small Ruminants.
For her efforts, Dr. Wolf was invited to present lectures during the 2017 North American Veterinary Conference on Monday, February 6, 2017. Her topics this year include Management of Pregnancy Toxemia in Sheep, All Things Sheep Feet and short clinical briefs on How to Get More Lambs per Ewe and an Investigation of an Abortion Storm.
