The American Association of Small Ruminant Practitioners (AASRP) works diligently in the best interest of our members to facilitate not only their individual success, but the success of the industry as a whole. We take pride in our organization as well as the benefits we are able to offer to members. If you decide to join our organization, you will have full access to the following:

Continuing Education AASRP provides continuing education sessions at conferences in collaboration with AABP, VMX and AVMA.
Online CE AASRP members have access to recordings from the small ruminant sessions at the AABP conference. These sessions are RACE approved and free. Recorded webinars are also available on this CE portal. These recorded sessions can be accessed on the AASRP website or through the free BCI Mobile Conference app.
Webinars Live webinars providing relevant scientific CE for small ruminant practitioners are regularly published for members. Live webinars are RACE-approved and CE certificates are stored in your member profile on the AASRP website.
Wool and Wattles AASRP publishes a quarterly newsletter that highlights pertinent information from books and veterinary journals. The newsletter also provides reports, regulatory news, information for members, and updates from the AASRP office and leaders. The Wool and Wattles is available in print form at no charge or on the AASRP website in digital format.
Bugles and Orgles The electronic newsletter is delivered via email to members on a monthly basis with association news, regulatory updates, scientific abstracts, and other topics important to small ruminant practitioners. Past issues are published on the AASRP website.
 Baas and Bleats  An AASRP Podcast that features different guests throughout the season, covering a variety of topics relevant to small ruminant practice.
AASRP-L This members-only list serve provides a forum for discussion of cases and topics relevant to small ruminant practice. Members can subscribe by going to this link.
Advocacy AASRP advocates on behalf of all small ruminant practitioners by collaboration with allied organizations such as the AVMA. AASRP holds positions on AVMA committees as well as the House of Delegates. AASRP also has liaisons with producer organizations to provide a voice for the small ruminant practitioner.
Networking

AASRP members can choose to be located in a public search for clients looking to locate veterinarians who provide small ruminant services. The member directory is available to all members for locating other members. The classifieds site provides a job board, externship offerings and a for sale section at no charge to members.

Student Support Student members enjoy all member benefits and can apply for externship funding through the Sam Guss Fund. The application can be found on the website under the Student menu.
